Refund Policy
Welcome to the Onedles.com Marketplace Refund Policy.  Please note: the refund policy of sellers using this platform will vary from seller to seller.  Every product bundle sold on Onedles.com is unique, rare and value-priced and as such, this will vary from seller to seller.  Please see the seller's store page for their return policy or contact the seller for info.

Generally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same exact condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original form and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact the seller who sold you the product bundle.

If your return is accepted, the seller will provide information on how to proceed as well as providing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned without first contacting the seller will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods and Other Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving and contact the seller immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the seller / store can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
For select product bundle deals like: used items, mixed lots, discontinueds, closeouts, overstock, super sales, and the like, all sales are generally final. But please contact the seller for more information.

Also, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as groceries, food, flowers, produce, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as health & beauty products).  Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Please get in touch with your seller / store for any questions about your specific product bundle purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. But in all cases, please reach out to your seller / store for more information on how to proceed.

Refunds
Any refunds issued by the seller will take time to process. Your seller will notify you once your product bundle purchased has been received and inspected by the seller.  The seller will let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return / refund was approved, please contact the seller immediately.

Dispute Resolutions
You are encouraged to resolve any issues with the seller / store FIRST. Onedles.com Inc. will not engage in any dispute process unless the seller in question has been contacted.  However, should there still be any issues or concerns, then please go to:
