Onedles.com - Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS: 

All product bundles sold on the Onedles.com Marketplace will be shipped using FedEx, Canada Post, Local Delivery, Free Delivery and Store pickup.

Please note: Shipping options will vary from seller to seller, where various factors are involved when it comes to selling product bundles and shipping them, (i.e. weight, quantity, location, etc.).  Here are the shipping options available:  

  • STORE PICKUP: This option allows buyers to pickup their purchase directly from the store at the physical store address location. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.  Sellers will be in contact with you all the way!  Contact seller should you have any questions.

  • LOCAL DELIVERY:  If a seller is shipping locally, during checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option desired. Local delivery is available for addresses within reasonable distances from seller's store location. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Sellers will be in contact with you all the way!   • FLAT RATE SHIPPING: This seller-activated option may be enabled for more unique product bundles sold, usually depending on size, location, weight, (etc.). For example, a seller selling a 4-appliance bundle (i.e. washer, dryer, dishwasher and fridge) may choose to deliver to the buyer using their own flat-rate one-cost shipping option. This option will show upon checkout if it is available. Sellers will be in contact with you all the way!  Contact seller should you have any questions.

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, Canada Post and FedEx are the available domestic shipping options. Rates will vary. This option, if activated, will show upon checkout. Sellers will be in contact with you all the way!  Contact seller should you have any questions.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Depending on the seller / store and the product bundle being purchased, order processing times may vary. Generally, order processing is immediate upon receipt and may take up to 5 business days (or more) to process order & close an order.

Expect an email from the seller to let you know your order is on the way! Please remember, selling product bundles is unique in nature and every single bundled being sold will differ. Sellers will be in contact with you all the way! Contact seller should you have any questions.

Please keep in mind, some product bundles sold like a large furniture bundle or a bedroom set bundle, might take a few days to fully process - so exact timeframes may be tricky to give.  Regardless, in ALL CASES, sellers will be in contact with you during the order process.
