MANUAL DROP SHIPPING GUIDE

Use your own drop shipper to fulfill orders.

With manual drop shipping, you (Seller 2) forward the order details to your own drop shipper.

The drop shipper packs and ships the products directly to the buyer.

You update the order with tracking information once the shipment is confirmed.

MANUAL DROP SHIPPING PROCESS

Follow the simple steps below to fulfill an order using your own drop shipper.

List Product
You list your product or bundle on Onedles.
2.
Buyer Places Order
A buyer purchases your product.
3.
You Receive Order
You receive the order in your seller dashboard.
4.
Forward to Drop Shipper
You forward the order details to your drop shipper.
5.
Drop Shipper Ships
Your drop shipper packs and ships the product directly to the buyer.
6.
Update & Fulfill
Add tracking and mark the order as fulfilled.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

  • You manage the relationship with your drop shipper.
  • Onedles does not require or provide any drop shipping app.
  • If you have an integrated arrangement with your drop shipper, they may be notified automatically.
  • If not, you must forward the order manually.
  • You are responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and buyers receive proper tracking.

List Product
Create and list your product or bundle on Onedles marketplace.

Buyer Places Order
A customer purchases your product.

You Receive Order
The order appears in your seller dashboard.

Forward to Drop Shipper
Send the order details, shipping address and special instructions.

Drop Shipper Ships
Your drop shipper packs the order and ships it directly to the buyer.

Update & Fulfill
Once tracking is received, add it to the order and mark it fulfilled.

EXAMPLE: SELLER 2 – PACK OF 4 PAINT CANS

Seller 2 lists "Pack of 4 Paint Cans" on Onedles.
Buyer purchases the bundle.
Seller 2 receives the order.
Seller 2 forwards order details to Drop Shipper.
Drop shipper ships bundle directly to the buyer.
Seller 2 adds tracking and marks order as fulfilled.
