Thank you for visiting the Onedles.com Marketplace.  Onedles.com is a safe, trustworthy destination to find great deals on bundles, (2 or more products and/or services) of any kind.  However, we reserve the right to remove any posting we feel is illegal, inappropriate, controversial, dishonest, misleading or non compliant with this posting policy.  Contact us with any queries related to this posting policy.  The following is our Posting Policy and the activities that are strictly prohibited by Onedles.com Inc. Canada:

Posting, General Rules (Not Allowed):
-Posting an item for sale that is not located in Canada (or USA).
-Posting an item for sale that is illegal to own, buy or sell in your area of residence.
-Posting an item for sale that is in the prohibited items and/or services list.
-Posting duplicate ads in multiple categories.
-Posting ads using multiple different email addresses.
-Posting an ad that serves no other purpose other than to send traffic to a web site.
-Posting an ad that violates Onedles.com's Legal Disclaimer and Policies.
-Posting an ad containing a list of keywords not directly related to the item being sold.
-Posting an ad in languages other than English and French.
-Posting an ad that contains adult, mature or erotic content. Personals are NOT allowed.
-Posting an ad that defames anyone or contains "hate speech".
-Posting opinions, notices, and discussion topics which should instead be posted on social media sites.
-Posting an ad in an incorrect or misleading category or with misleading information.
-Posting an ad that violates any one or all of Onedles.com's Posting Policies.
-Posting as a Private Seller, Owner, or Individual when you are transacting as a Business, Dealer or Professional.
-Posting an ad that is intended to profit off a natural disaster, health or public safety concern, or tragic event.
 
Postings Pertaining To:
-Jobs, Employment, Recruitment and/or Work opportunities of any kind, are NOT allowed.
-Pets (dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, or animals/pet species of any kind), are NOT allowed.
-Adoption of Pets or Rehoming, (dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, or animals/pet species of any kind), are NOT allowed.
-Loans, Grants, Funding and/or Financial services of ANY kind, are NOT allowed.
-Property, Real Estate, Housing, Rentals, Rooms, Roommates, (house, apartment, room, and/or condo), are NOT allowed. 
-Passenger vehicle, recreational vehicle, motorized bikes, scooters (vehicles for travel, of any kind), are NOT allowed.
-Cars, Trucks, Classic Cars (older models), Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes & Motocross, Pocket Bikes, Sport Bikes, Sport Touring, Street, Cruisers & Choppers and Touring, ATVs and Snowmobiles, Boats & Watercraft, Campers & Trailers (RVs & Motorhomes and Travel Trailers & Campers), Heavy Equipment like Farming Equipment, Heavy Equipment and Heavy Trucks are NOT allowed.
-Child Adoption services (seeking and offering) are NOT allowed.
-Personal Ads of any kind, (dating, companionship, etc.) are NOT allowed.

User Age Notice:
Please note: Users must be at least 16 years old to post ads on their own.  Ads for younger users MUST be posted by an adult (legal parent or guardian) for security reasons.  

Removal Notice:
Any ads that do not comply with Onedles.com policies may be removed from the site. Additionally, users who violate such policies may be blocked from using Onedles.com in the future.  We may, at any time, remove an ad if we believe it interferes with the well-being of the community or the spirit of Onedles.com.  Our general rule is that you may not list, buy or sell items or services that are illegal to own, buy or sell in your province / state of residence, or that are not bought or sold in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to the product / service bundle you list, buy or sell.

Posting Duplicate Ads:
You want quick results when posting on Onedles.com. We want that for you too!  But you need to abide by the rules. In order to get FAST sales, here are our recommendations.  Do not post duplicate ads in one or multiple categories as they are a source of frustration for our user community. You can sell in up to 10 Categories, provided the product bundle being sold is related to the category(s). If you’re unsure of which category to use, try searching to find out where others have put similar ads. Duplicate ads may be removed by our automated system filters if you do attempt to post another ad. When posting your ad, post it within your locale / region for maximum exposure.  
 
Posting, Ticket Policy (all Events):
Ticket Policy:  Over the years, there were reportedly a large amount of fraud cases related to the sale of event tickets that has presented major problems between both buyers and sellers.  Due to this, Tickets (for any event) are not allowed for sale on Onedles.com.  

Linking To Another Website:
You may include a link to your website if you would like to:   

-Link to additional product information, 
-Link to a page with more pictures, 
-Link to a page with an alternate contact method.  

Please note:  that your ad must advertise a specific product(s) or service(s) as a BUNDLE.  Ads created for the sole purpose of directing traffic to an alternate website are not allowed on Onedles.com.  Additionally, you may not include a URL in your image of the item, or advertise referral codes in an attempt to gain the referral credit. Doing such a thing will get your account permanently banned.

Requirements for Pre-Sale Items (i.e. Virtual inventory or Items not yet On Hand)
Are you looking to post an ad offering a pre-sale item that is yet to be in your possession?  If so, there are specific details that must be included within the content of your ad!   In the description and/or title of your ad, you must explicitly state that the item is pre-ordered and not yet in your possession.  

Include a clear picture of the official pre-order form or receipt that details the following: The type or model of item ordered, the order confirmation number, the price paid, the expected delivery date.  If you are concerned that taking a photo of your pre-order form or receipt may reveal personal information not intended for the general public, you may edit the image accordingly.

Prohibited Content

The list below details what can't be posted on Onedles.com:

-Adult:  including pornography, nude photos, videos, articles, prostitution, escort, or accompanying services
-Alcohol:  Any kind.  Including delivery of alcohol / related beverages. 
-Certain Baby Items:  Baby Items Deemed Unsafe by Health Canada / NHTSA, Baby Nests, Baby Walkers, Car Seats and Booster Seats manufactured prior to January 1st, 2012, Inclined sleepers (recalled or not) or products that could support inclined sleepers, Traditional Drop-Side Cribs.  
-Human / Anatomy:  Blood, Bodily Fluids, Body Parts, hair, organs, including surrogacy, fertility, and donor requests (including sperm).
-Burglary and Auto Theft Tools:  Including code grabbers and key fob programmers.
-Cannabis and Cannabis-based Products: Including extracts, edibles, oils, including hookahs, pipes, bongs, and vaporizers, Cannabis promotional items/memorabilia.  (Please Note:  Anything being posted related to Cannabis, illicit drugs and narcotics is strictly NOT allowed.).
-Combustible Items (of any kind, including flares)  (Note: Emergency and distress flares are permitted only if they are designed and intended for signaling purposes.).
-COVID-19 Related Items:  COVID-19 PCR and Rapid Antigen Tests, Proof of vaccination.
-Counterfeit Items & Copyrighted Material:  Including currency, stamps, coins, including e-books, unlicensed IPTV and pirated content.
-Digital Items or Accounts:  Including gaming accounts, accounts with multiple device allowances, and digital copies of movies, books, or software.
-Embargoed or Banned Goods (of any kind).
-Government Issued IDs, Badges, Uniforms and Licenses: Including transit, military, police, postal, etc.
-Hazardous Materials:  Including chemicals, all pest control products and fireworks.
High-Powered Laser Pointers (of any kind).
-Identity Documents, Personal Financial Records, and Personal Information:  In any way, shape or form, including mailing lists.
-Illegal Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia (or any mention of related items or activities are NOT allowed): including prescription drugs, narcotics, steroids, etc.
-Illegal Items and Services:  Including any device that is primarily useful for the covert interception of private communications, Including listings or products that promote the use of photographic devices to covertly view or record individuals for sexual purposes
-Odometer Correction/Odometer Roll Back services
-Illegal or Unauthorized Wildlife Products:  Including animal traps (regardless of size).
-Moss ball or any other products deemed to be dangerous or banned due to infestations of various species
-Illegal or unauthorized living organisms, regulated pests
-Images or videos that include any of the following; violence, pornography or sexually explicit content, nudity, hateful, sensitive or derogatory content
-Ivory or Bone:  Including fossilized mammoth tusks (Note: Antiques that contain 5% or less of real ivory and were made before the year 1900, specifically musical instruments and furniture, are permitted. The year the item was manufactured as well as an image must be included in the ad.  Also Note: Bone, including fossilized teeth or bone, from non-ivory producing animals is permitted. The species must be indicated in the ad.)
-Knives:  Collectable knives & swords (unsharpened, fantasy/antique), kitchen utensils & cutlery excluded.
-Lottery Tickets, Sweepstakes Entries, and Coin Operated Slot Machines of any kind.
-Massage Services:  Massage service ads can only include images of the establishment. Ads containing full body photographs or headshots are not allowed.  Massage service ads cannot include the personal details of the service provider, such as age, sex, gender, ethnicity, or mentions of body measurements.  Wanted ads looking for massage services are not permitted  (Note: Ads posted by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is able to provide insurance receipts for customers is permitted.  Also Note: Massage as part of an aesthetics package by a registered Aesthetician, but not offered on its own, is permitted.)
-Offensive and Obscene Material:  Including Nazi related artifacts and collectibles (Note: This excludes stamps, letters, and envelopes with the Nazi symbol, currency issued by the Nazi government, military scripts, and historically accurate WWII military model kits that have Nazi symbols.)
-Prescription Drugs and Devices:  Note: Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP) devices, and Variable Positive Airway Pressure (VPAP) devices and accessories require a prescription and are therefore not permitted. ---Over the counter (OTC) versions of these devices and accessories are permitted.
Products That Are Unauthorized by Health Canada or the FDA in the USA.
-Radio Equipment or Other Devices That Violate the Radio Communications Act
-Recalled Items: Including Restricted Food Products, including, but not limited to unpasteurized dairy products,
-Fruit or vegetable juice that hasn't been heat pasteurized, wild mushrooms, ackee fruit (including seeds).
-Food items that are subject to recall, expired food items & baby formula
-Food items or baby formula that has been opened or tampered with
-Meals Ready to Eat (MREs) that have been expired for more than 3 years
-Government assistance benefits including, but not limited to: Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
-Supplemental foods such as infant formula and baby food
-Cash-value vouchers, Coupons or Gift Cards:  Includes food instruments such as vouchers, checks, electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards, and coupons
(Note: Perishable items are permitted; however, the sale of food items is highly regulated by the federal and provincial government. When you list any food products, you’re certifying that the item may be sold and complies with all health, safety, and labelling requirements.  Foods must be safe for human consumption!)
-Stocks and Other Securities:  Including cryptocurrencies, Including binary options (Note: On September 28th, 2017 the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced a complete ban on the advertisement, offer, sale, or trade of binary options.
-Stolen Property
-Used Cosmetics
-Used Undergarments
-Weapons (or any mention of related items, services or activities):  Including, but not limited to Firearms, Firearm parts and magazines, Ammunition, BB and pellet guns, Replica or Fake weapons, Tear gas, Stun guns, Crossbows, martial arts weapons, including airsoft guns, parts, and ammunition

Cannabis & Related Items
While cannabis is now legal across Canada and some parts of USA, it remains a controlled substance and there are restrictions on the direct or indirect promotion of cannabis or its accessories.  As such, we do not allow the direct sale or trade of cannabis or items containing cannabis on the site.  The following items are prohibited:

Cannabis & blends containing Cannabis
-Edibles containing cannabis
-Cannabis based oils or creams
-Other items containing THC, CBD or any form of cannabis extract
-Cannabis seeds
-Hookahs, bongs, vaporizers, pipes and rolling papers
-Any promotional items with cannabis logos, such as calendars, hats, and shirts
-Memorabilia, posters, or similar items (including vintage / classic) for cannabis products
-Collectible packaging that's completely empty (no cannabis inside the package).

Tobacco & Related Items
Due to strict government regulations, we have a policy against the posting of any tobacco products such as loose leaf tobacco, cigarettes and cigars.  We have also adopted policies against the following:

-E-juice/vape juice
-E-cigarettes (of any kind)
-Shisha Molasses that includes tobacco
-Nicotine inhalers or nasal sprays
-Ads that include photos of any of the above items even if the ad is for something else
-Any parts for any confirmed vaping device or product, ex: coils, chargers, batteries etc
Hookahs, bongs, and herbal vaporizers; tobacco pipes, tobacco seeds, chewing tobacco and rolling papers
-Any promotional items with tobacco brand logos, such as calendars, hats, and shirts
-Memorabilia, posters, or similar items (including vintage/classic) for tobacco products; 
Collectible packaging that's completely empty (no tobacco inside the package).

Services Code of Conduct
All services posted/advertised must adhere to our Policies, as well as our regular Posting policy. The following types of services are prohibited from being advertised on the site:

-Adult, erotic or sexual services of any kind including but not limited to; bachelor parties, adult cleaning/ lawn care, web-camming, modeling, photography, escort and prostitution.
-Massage service ads posted by anyone who is not a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and who is unable to provide insurance receipts for customers.  (Massage service ads containing full body photographs or headshots. Photographs of the establishment are permitted.)
-Massage service ads that include the personal details of the service provider, such as age, sex, gender, ethnicity, or mentions of body measurements.
-Wanted ads looking for massage services.
-Surrogate / adoption / donor services.
-Model or photography service ads which do not offer a professional website or portfolio.
-Professional photography services are accepted (i.e. bundled photography services).  
-Financial lending service ads which do not offer company information such as business name, address and phone number.  More often than not though, any questionable financial related services will be removed.

Ultimately, we reserve the right to remove ads that hinder or negatively impact the user experience at our discretion. 

Ads in the Services category must be condensed as much as possible.  All facets of a service must be listed within a single ad instead of having an ad for each service, unless clearly necessary to individualize each ad.  Service ads must be bundled with 2 or more services being offered.  Users offering a variety of Skilled Trade services must make every effort to bundle all related or overly similar services together in one ad.   If each service is very distinctive – such as carpentry versus plumbing – then individual ads are certainly acceptable.

Replies to services ads for personal reasons or for solicitation of any sexual or otherwise inappropriate purposes are strictly prohibited and may result in a loss of ability to utilize Onedles.com permanently.
 
Multiple services may be offered in one ad as long as each listed service is appropriate within the category where the ad is posted. 

Services, Multiple Services Examples
Onedles.com is a platform where buyer and seller transact for a bundle, mix or combo of 2 or more item(s) or service(s).

-Accounting bundle:  i.e. Accounting service providing Tax returns for a 4-member family, one bundle, one price.
-Legal bundles:  i.e.  Legal service providing 2 or more services in one ad, like a separation agreement and a divorce contract, (i.e. marriage legal matters), one bundle, one price.
-Skilled trades bundles:  i.e.  A basement renovation project where seller (i.e. contractor) provides carpentry, plumbing and electrical all in one ad, one bundle, one price.   
Automotive Service bundle:  i.e. an auto garage posting 4 oil changes (i.e. 1 year package), one bundle, one price.
-Professional Photography Service bundle:  i.e. a photo bundle for wedding, reception and pre-wedding events, one bundle, one price.
