ORDER FULFILLMENT GUIDE

Learn how orders are fulfilled on Onedles.

When a customer purchases your bundle product,

you can fulfill the order using one of the two methods below.

Order fulfillment

OVERVIEW

1.
Product Listed
Seller lists a bundle product on Onedles.
2.
Order Placed
Buyer purchases the bundle from Seller 2.
3.
Order Received
Seller 2 receives the order and chooses a fulfillment method.
4.
Choose Fulfillment Method
Seller chooses one of the two options below.
5.
Order Shipped
Order is shipped to the buyer.
6.
Order Completed
Buyer receives the bundle and order is completed with tracking.

OPTION A – DROP SHIPPING

Drop shipping
  1. 01 Seller 2 forwards the order details to the Drop Shipper.
  2. 02 Drop Shipper packs and ships the bundle directly to the Buyer.
  3. 03 Once the shipment is confirmed, Seller 2 marks the order as fulfilled.
  4. 04 Seller 2 adds the tracking number so the Buyer can track delivery.
Note: You are responsible for communicating with your drop shipper and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time.

OPTION B – SELLER FULFILLMENT

  1. 01 Seller 2 packs the bundle from their own inventory.
  2. 02 Seller 2 uses Onedles Marketplace shipping tools or preferred shipping method to create a shipment.
  3. 03 Seller 2 ships the order directly to the Buyer.
  4. 04 Seller 2 marks the order as fulfilled and adds the tracking number.
Note: Ensure the bundle is packed securely and shipped within the required timeframe.

EXAMPLE – PACK OF 4 PAINT CANS

Let's see how the fulfillment works for Seller 2 when a buyer purchases this bundle.

Drop Shipping (Option A)

  • Seller 2 lists "Pack of 4 Paint Cans" on Onedles.
  • Buyer purchases the bundle.
  • Seller 2 forwards the order to Drop Shipper.
  • Drop Shipper ships the bundle directly to the Buyer.
  • Seller 2 marks the order fulfilled after shipment is confirmed.
  • Buyer receives the bundle with tracking.

Seller Fulfillment (Option B)

  • Seller 2 lists "Pack of 4 Paint Cans" on Onedles.
  • Buyer purchases the bundle.
  • Seller 2 packs the bundle from their own inventory.
  • Seller 2 ships using Marketplace shipping tools or preferred method.
  • Seller 2 marks the order as fulfilled and adds tracking.
  • Buyer receives the bundle with tracking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Seller 2 is fully responsible for managing their drop shipper if using Option A.
  • Onedles does not manage your supplier or shipments.
  • Always provide valid tracking information to ensure a smooth experience for your buyers.
